BEFORE YOU LEAVE DOWNLOAD THE SOSTRAVEL APP, enter your flight and scan the LLC code(s) that you receive via email.
If your luggage doesn't arrive with your flight, we guarantee 24/7 assistance in 6 languages for tracking, with a system connected to all airports around the world, and delivery within 48 hours (the 48 hours are calculated excluding the hours of navigation).
If you don't receive your luggage, there are 3 simple steps you can take to get it back quickly:

Did you get your luggage?
If the answer is NO, move on to step 2
You'll be contacted by the support service, who will direct you to the lost and found office at the airport, where you will submit a report and get your PIR number, which will contain your temporary address, with your ship's itinerary, and your permanent address.
From that moment onward you will be kept constantly up-to-date on the status of the search, until you are reunited with your luggage.
As a guarantee of our fast service, if you receive your luggage after the specified time, you will receive a refund in the amount of:
- € 70 per day, up to a maximum of 10 days (maximum € 700), for each day of delayed delivery
- Up to € 4,000 in case of permanent loss
